Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–11 business days, depending on the item. In total, please allow 5–16 business days from order to delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
Multiple packages
Our products ship from different warehouses, so if you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You only pay shipping once.
Shipping cost
Free tracked shipping on orders of $30 or more (for example, The Complete Scalp Routine). Orders under $30: Standard Shipping (Tracked) $5.99. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received a tracking number within 6 business days of placing your order, email us at verdroot.store@gmail.com.
Delays and lost packages
If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 20 business days, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund your order.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
